Shipping Policy (Canada Only)

We are a small business, and all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada.
  • A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to orders under $50 within Canada.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

For our customers in Calgary SE, we offer a convenient local pickup option! After placing your order, you can choose to collect your items directly from our location.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer standard international shipping - flat rate CAD$20. 

We use USPS International or Asendia International via Chitchats to ship to the rest of the world.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Canada.

Will I be charged duties?

Velvet Skin Co. has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

The address on my order is incorrect or incomplete, how can I fix it?

If your order has not been processed yet, please message us on instagram. We will try to work with your to get that address fixed. 

But if the orders is processed, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will responsible to pay for the shipping charges to correct the address

My item got stolen/lost. Can you help?

Most* of our domestic shipping requires signature upon delivery. If your package was lost by the shipping carrier, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim. You can also get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you file a dispute with the shipping carrier.

Velvet Skin Co. is not responsible for stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been stolen from your porch or doorsteps please contact the shipping carrier to open a dispute.
